Membership Monday: Invitation Manager Statuses

  • New: A new request for information from a family interested in Scouting (inquiry) that has not been opened yet
  • Open: An inquiry that has been open; the notes section will show who opened the inquiry
  • Pending Reassignment: This inquiry is being reassigned to another Unit. Be sure to follow up with District Leadership if you see this status!
  • Invitation Sent: An application link was sent to this family!
  • Closed: The inquiry was closed; the family is no longer interested in Scouting
  • Complete: A new family has joined your Unit!!
