Scouts and Scouters from the Carroll District attended the April 18th County Commissioners Open Session Meeting to report on the state of Scouting in Carroll County. Sienna Humphreys, Eagle Scout from Troop 417G shared her Scouting story with the commissioners, along side Carroll County Senior District Executive, Steve Shaver.
